They told me that they will deposit to my card 9000 $ only I have to pay 205$ just for transaction to go through Scam

This number is a scam and they gave me all of my personal information including the university I attend with my student ID and username. They are out of Roy, WA. They said that they are with the US Federal Govt with the Dept. of Health and Human Services. They gave me this number to call back.
