Just got a call from this guy too. Said a case filed against me for tax evasion or tax fraud. Indian guy named "Richard Parker"

I received the same message from a Richard Parker at the IRS with an indian accent. It seemed to be a recording. 254-252-5335. Called me 5 times in one day.
