I realize my payment is late. When I have the money, they'll get the money. I'm extremely frustrated that they call me 3-5 times A DAY, and when I start sending one number directly to voicemail, they start calling from a different number. I have 3 or 4 numbers blocked now, all of them salliemae. I appreciate a friendly reminder that my payment is past due.... but to call me 5 times a day, on top of mailing me letters, sending me e-mails, and calling my place of employment (which I've asked them not to do) is too much!

They make harassing, repetitive calls daily as early as 7am and as late as 11pm. They also call numbers that they have not gotten permission to call that have been used to contact them. They are extremely annoying and predatory-like.
