Real person (heavy foreign accent) - claims to be from the US Treasury and that not calling him back would be a federal offense. I called the number back, and a live person answered "US Treasury Department". I immediately said that I have reported you to the FTC, and will be reporting you to the FBI. He hung up before I could finish.
