Have been receiving the same phone calls, claiming to be the IRS. We all know that the IRS does not call anyone to file a lawsuit.
Here's the kicker --- I called the number back (even after I blocked it, i STILL received a call from them) and an Indian man answers the phone, with screaming babies and kids in the background. He has the nerve to say "Internal Revenue Service". I screamed at him " NO YOU ARE NOT THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE AND YOU NEED TO STOP MAKING THESE PHONE CALLS!!!!" I can't believe this keeps going on. Can't someone put a stop to this???

Automated call saying they have been trying to contact me and that I was getting sued by the IRS. Asked that I call back for more information. Never call these numbers back. If you are being sued, it would come certified mail.

Got same auto message. Called back several times and every time I got an "officer" such&such. All had foreign accents and asked did personal information.

Automated call saying I'm being sued by IRS. how stupid do they think I am? IRS send notices in the mail. THEY DO NOT CALL YOU!!!

This person said he is working for health and human services because I have been a great citizens I have been awarded $14000, from our government he wants personal info and bank ## to grant me the money! They don't send checks...HANG UP aaTHE PHONE!!!
