Wanting to buy my not for sale house

shows "unknown caller" on phone screen....researched behind the message he left and its the pond scum wanting to 'buy my house'. The number 256-203-8621 - message identifies himself as Adam. But earlier call from same number showed "Keith KPS" on phone screen. New twist - scammer spoofed?
