Continuous nuisance

VOIP. Spam call.

Caller Id said Unavailable. I answered to silence but a voice finally asked if I was Mrs......... She knew my last name. She said she would be brief and mentioned she was with a group who only asked for donations once a year for handicapped and blind. She seemed not to know what she was supposed to say, stumbled on her words. She seemed to me to feel guilty about what she was about to do and hung up on me. I am sure she was about to ask for money and I was not going to give her any.
