Lower my interest rates on my credit cards - that I do not even have. I have no credit cards. Why can this organization not get these people to stop harrassing us. We pay for our phones and get harrassed day in and day out and you do nothing.

The message told me my credit account was in good standing and to press one to lower my interest rate. Nothing identified the business and when I told them to remvoe my number, the operator hung up on me.
