Extended car warranty SCAM. This bunch calls all day from spoofed numbers so it does little good to block them because they most likely will not use the same number twice. They claim that the only way they can sell you a policy is for you to pay at least half of the quoted amount up front, over the phone with a credit card, and then they will bill you for the remainder in installments.
