Has called twice and left the same voice mail both times.

The message gets cut off at the start.
"... sorta out of the blue. I'm not sure if I even got the right number. [Umm] But I thought that you might have been thinking of selling the property [uh] I've seen you around the neighborhood. [Umm] Anyway, I just wanted to see if you were interested in selling [uh] I'm not a realtor or anything like that. [Umm] I'm just looking for my next project and I'm willing to pay cash for it." (blah blah blah etc.)

It’s a person calling about wanting to pay cash to buy some property for his next “project”. He said his name was Caleb. Got the same exact voice recording twice. Pretty sure it’s a scam
