Brian Brown threats to contact my hr department and have me served on the premises.

I got a multiple calls from a Brian Brown and even contacted family and people im not even linked too somehow. He said they have tried to contact me on several occasions with no prevail, my pertinent info is going to be redflagged are going to my HR guy at work to do a wage verification and I will be served on the premises. But if i call today the client is willing to settle. At the end he says govern yourself accordingly, good luck.

Yes they used a friends name that i havent seen in 30 years saying my name and soc was tied to theirs in a legal matter

they call and say they are from guardian restitution? and that my name and soc are involved in a legal matter and if I don't notify them at 866-346-6978 I will lose all rights provided by an attorney? no clue what they are talking about...the call originates from 260-201-1274 they get me around 3pm pretty much weekly now...guy has an arab voice...before it was all computer generated voices
