I had a missed call from 260-475-8188. I didn't hear the phone ring but there was a voicemail. I listened to the voicemail and it said Nipsco gas customers can enroll in the Nipsco Choice Program. I checked out Nipsco's website and then called. I spoke with Kim. I asked if this was Nipsco. She said NO. I just wanted to make sure it was not a scam. She said there is a supplier offering a guaranteed savings. She said the average savings was almost 20%! It was the best one so I signed up.
