Rec'd call this afternoon. Male with E Indian accent, saying from Windows tech support. Makes the phony claim that my PC sent an error message to them, identified by my license number. He addressed me by my first name without my telling him it. He made a big deal about trying to distinguish Microsoft from Windows, claiming they're 2 separate entities, yet Windows is an OS made by Microsoft?? I finally told him I had no tech problems with my PC and that I had excellent virus software. I told him I'd report him to the feds (FCC & FTC) and to not call me again!! CID only showed phone # and "Name Unavailable."
