I received call from same number. Never said who they were but left message and said me and my property was under investigation. I needed to call back before an arrest warrant was put against me. Sounded like a scam.

Well known IRS Scam call. Calls from call center in India, says they're from the IRS 'Federal Crime Investigation' department.
