I received a call from this number on my cell and they claimed to be from a consumer credit agency. They stated that they issued my Visa and Mastercard and were lowering my interest rate. After a lengthy conversation and asking for a supervisor, I was disconnected. I called my Credit Card company and of course they didn't call and I had to report my cards for suspected fraud.

Recording says they are from Discover, then says they can lower interest rates on all cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

Whoever is at this number called continually 3 times while I was on another call I hung up from my call to answer this so important call and no one answered me. I called this number back it is not a working number.
