This number called my phone and rang once. I called it back and it is a recording of someone named Julie. She said this was a rewards program because of a website I recently visited and I had the option to press 1 to collect my rebate or press 2 to be put on the "do not call list."

Told I was chosen to receive a free rewards card. I would receive this card for a small shipping and handling fee of $4.95. She almost immediately asked for a credit card number. Very fast talkers.... she hung up on me when I told her she called a police department. Yup, I'm a cop.
