This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call list in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They proceed to violate the TCPA by not having an operator on the line when the call is answered, and then further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They fail to provide a physical address or phone number when asked, yet further violating the TCPA. The recording states that the victim is about to learn to make tens of thousands of dollars every two weeks using the scammer's automated system. There is no mention of any products or services being sold, in fact, the recording states that the victim will not have to sell anything, just use the automated marketing system. This is clearly a pyramid scheme. Do not provide the scammer with any personal or financial information.
