Same here blocked them twice now.

Caller ID says West Bend, WI I never answer it, answering machine picks up, call hangs up immediately, they call back 2 more times within minutes. So far I've blocked 5 of their numbers, they call back days later with a different number. I reported all the numbers today to the FCC

Yup. Total scam! He took it a step farther and said that he wanted to talk to me about Social Security Disability which I apparently inquired about. When I told him I did not and why was he calling he said that, actually, he didn't have a name but did anyone in our house inquire about SS disability. I said, Nope! The end. I would have liked to have told him to read the pamphlet, "So you've decided to become a predator."

They want to sell disability insurance... Do Not answer
