Same as everyone else they have been calling me daily and asks for my last 4 of my social.. Yeah not gonna happen, but then when I press 0 it brings me to the actual Kohl's customer service.

The automated call identifies Kohl/s Credit Card Service, press 1 if you are , then asks for the last 4 of my SSN. No F'n way I'm giving that to a cold call. Scam??

Hi everybody!

I've gotten 4 calls from KOHLS CREDIT CT in the past 2 days. I say hello. Nobody answers. I came to THIS site to check it out since I don't have a Kohl's card.

I just got another call from them so I went to the Kohl's web site, then I went to the contact us page, then called the 800 # which is associated with "Kohl's Charge Card Customer Service". It asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN just like the 262 number. I pressed # a few times. I was finally connected with a real person.

I explained that I'd received some calls from KOHLS CREDIT CT and asked if the 262 # was one of the numbers that their calls might come from. He replied yes, offhandedly.

I explained that my phone number, which I've had for just one year, used to belong to the Green family. I suspected that if he looked up my phone # that it would be associated with the Greens. He confirmed that this was indeed the case. He apologized for the inconvenience, then asked if he could put me on hold for 1 minute while he removed my phone number from the call list.

He came back 1 minute later and said that he has removed my phone number.

Only time will tell, but ... it sounds good so far!

Call from Kohl's Dept. Store. They call day and night every day. I've returned the call to 800 number and also the number they were calling from trying to find out why they are calling. I've also emailed their customer service dept asking they not call me any more but they continue. I didn't shop at Kohls very often but now I will never shop there again. There is something weird and shady about this company and their business practices. I will never answer their calls anymore.

they have been calling my phone daily for a week between the times of 8 and 11am and the machine says its from kohls and asks for my social security number

Multiple calls received per day, every time I answer there is nothing but a silence on the other end. Turns out I forgot to pay my $15 Kohls credit card bill, but no reminders were ever sent to me until I was 2 months overdue (the same time the spam phone calls started).

this should be illegal at the least they have called our phone four times in one hour or less
