I am not late on any payments, so unclear what they want. Leave no messages, but call@ 6am.

They call but leave no message. Even on weekend&very early morning.

I finally had to block this number! They called all the time!

They call nonstop! Never leave a message, it's awful!! I'm cancelling my card when I make this last payment, not worth the hassle and the harassment!!

As everyone else said they call relentlessly. I was one month late for the first time since I opened my account ten years ago. I went into the store paid the current minimum due and they STILL call five times a day. Starting at 9 am and calling until 10 pm. If there is every a class action lawsuit against them I'm in!

I am late on my payment. This is a first for me. This caller is relentless in calling repeatedly throughout the day, sometimes one call right after the other. Why cant they leave a voicemail?

28 calls in just 10 hours is harassment.

Received several calls today, no messages were left, but the operators didn't disconnect the line. I have two 2 minute messages of breathing and chatter. The last message had the operators talking about perfume and the one who called (the loudest voice) saying that she didn't "want to be here"... Kohls has absolutely the worst customer service.

What they are doing is harrassment...plain and simple..they are in violation of the fdcpa..I will be reporting them.

They call all the time, 4 to 8 times a day, 7 days a week, before 8am and even after 9am! It's f*#k*ng $35! Stop and desist!! Don't even leave messages anymore! Annoying, glad for call control!
