The recording starts with a message that crime is up in our area and used the FBI in its message. They offered to put a free sign on my lawn and free installation. They did not identify themselves until I hit the prompt and spoke to a person to ask questions. They are a home security company. They also called me 30-60 days previously and I spoke to a person then too and told them I was on the do not call list and asked to be removed from their list. When I spoke to them, they identified themselves as Allsafe Security. I asked where they were located and they said Florida, but they had locations throughout the country. The number that came up on my caller ID this time was 262-995-9096.

Card Member Services has made dozens of offers to drop our Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards interest rate. We have repeatedly used their phone directory to put us on their "Do Not Call" list, and we have spoken with multiple agents to list the number. On all several of these occasions, they have assured us that our number will be so listed within 48 hours. It has been over a month now, and we still get phone calls at least twice a day. Southwest and Chase both stated that they know about this harassing problem, they cannot do anything about this, and they both said for us to contact the FCC. Let this be our formal complaint of telephone harassment by Card Member Services.
