Rec'd call on 4/14/16 at 3;49PM. Offered to lower credit card rate, told him we have no balance on our credit card. I told him we were on do not call list. He told me to SHUT UP! WTH? This is BS!

Pressed #3 to be put on do not call list, instead was put on wait to speak to an agent. When he came on line I told him about taking the option of do not call. He just hung-up on me! Did not say I'm sorry or anything to standard of good costumer service.

Same thing happened to me. I pressed 3 twice and I didn't wait for an agent, I hung up.
