Incessant robocall leaving voicemail messages many times a day

Telemarketing Sales call

I've received about 10 calls from this number in the last 3 days. Missed all of them. VM only caught the last bit of a automated message saying to press 2 to be added to their do not call list. I've blocked this number on my cell.

I tried calling back. But I get a message saying this number cannot be completed as dialed.

Nomorobo site says it's a Health Insurance Scam. Their site shows the following transcript:
Hi This is Jennifer I'm calling about the new affordable health insurance rates available in your area I have Pre-approval is ready including companies like United Blue Cross at CIGNA and many more if you'd like a free quote press 1 to speak to an agent or press 2 to be placed on our do not call list.

Left V/M on our recorder. Spectrum system should have caught this call and sent it to the Nomorobo system, but it didn't. Physically blocked the number. Trying to sell health insurance. Health Hotline showed up on the phone's caller ID. Very annoying.
