received the call this morning for a 5000 loan to be deposit in my account within 40 minutes.But you have to sent them $110 via western union first.The used the name GE Capital to made look legit.Scam

Got a call regarding approved for 5K called back asked for supervisor said his name was Jack Smith. He was a foreigner and I questioned his name. He then began to say F.... your mama. and suck my D... I then advised him that I work for the local sheriff department and would have charges brought against him. He began to curse again. I then called him from my work number so that he would know that I really do work for the sheriff department and that I would file charges against him. He then called me from a PA number. I then told him to hold while I traced and recorded the call. He then hung up when I said I was going to contact local authorities and have them pay him a personal visit. These people need to be stopped.

I received a call this morning regarding the same about an approval of a $5K loan I was approved for. It's hard to tell now in days if someone stole your identity, or what it truly is. Thanks for all the information, now I know it's a SCAM!!

I received a call from this number today at 5:06 pm EST and a message was left that I was approved for a loan of $5,000 from GE Money Capital. I never applied for a loan and upon reading these comments they will not be getting a call back.

SCAM, BIG SCAM Don't believe a word they say. Do not give them your bank account number. They will ask for it in order to make a deposit they claim. Caller came out of PA. GE Money Capital is their scam name.

WHAT THE HECK?! First off- GE Capital sold to Synchrony Bank. I keep getting back to back to back phone calls from these people. The first was telling that my loan had been approved and I needed to call in RIGHT AWAY because money was being deposited into my account within hours. I didnt apply for any loan. I called them back. Guy had a very heavy Indian accent and when i told him I didnt authorize ANY loan from his company and did not want him to make any deposits on my behalf, he said "DONT CALL ME AGAIN IF YOU DONT WANT A LOAN!" I said "Excuse me, you called ME!" I called back again and asked to talk to a supervisor, he got back on the phone (pretending to be the supervisor) to tell me my loan was approved. I said NO I DONT WANT THIS and he said asked why I'd waste his time calling. Total SCAM. I dont know how they got my phone information but I pray they dont actually have my bank account information.

Caller from this # has been calling me nearly every 2 hours for the past 6-7 days - phone call originates in PA . Message left says that i should call back the # because my loan in the amount of 5000.00 has been approved and that I should provide bank information and 1st installment because my credit score was below 650. I decided after several days of calling that I would call them back (it was my intention to get someone on the phone and ask to be removed from their call list).

The person who answered the phone had a heavy indian accent. He rambled off a zip code of my location (which is partially true, as i maintain a P.O box in that city but do not reside there) I asked where he was located - he stated he was in Pakistan.

When I asked to be removed from their call list and that I had not requested any loan through them - he then began to tell me that i MUST take the loan because it had already been approved and again demanded my bank account and routing #s. I refused again - it was at this point where he then lowered his voice to a whisper and proceeded with very explicit sexual innuendos towards me. I then asked for his supervisor whereas another individual came onto the line and asked who it was I was speaking with (he wanted the individual's name) I did not know this and when i stated i did not know, he too began with the rather vulgar sexual comments as well. It was at this point I hung up the phone.

These calls are coming in outside of regulation call times within the United States & continued even after my chat with them on the phone - which says to me they did not even heed my request to be removed from their call list - is there anything that can be done about these scammers?

I received 2 calls this morning stating I've been approved for a loan from GE Money Capital..."Experts since 1996." When I called to ask to be removed from the list, the male representative with an Indian accent simply hung up on me. I called 2 more times and after the automated intro, the call disconnected. I tried once more and on the 3rd try the same guy answered and said, "Why the hell do you keep calling me?" I was appalled! I said, "You're calling me and I want the calls to stop." He then hung up on me again. I'm hoping that is the last of the issue.

calling saying i have been approved for a loan that i never applied for. when i asked be removed he proceeded tell me how "he would never F### my P##### etc"
