Calls start at 8:20 and happen numerous times throughout the day. Recorded message to choose option 4 to opt out or option 8 to speak to someone. I still get calls from this area code and if I choose to speak to a person, they hang up as soon as I tell them to remove my number from their list. I have reported it on the donotcall.gov website.
