It's always a woman with a thick accent. they call over 10 times a day.

We received several calls today 13JAN2015 from 297-973-6174. Fernandes A is listed by my caller ID. I'd answer the phone and hear only background noise like a call center. Lots of chatter. When I answered the 5th time it called, a male with an accent responded to my question who is he and what does he want with "This is the government grant department" then disconnects me. I suspect is it some kind of scam. Area code 297 is associated with Aruba.

I have tried calling message mail box if full. Called from a land line the same message. Also teXT and left message that I was giving notice to them not to call and they are. Continuing to calling.
