Thanks to everyone for posting, and confirming my suspicions. Me of wee hope was actually hoping this persistent call would change my life, but I KNEW something was off. Nobody is forgiving loans these days. I'll block them immediately.

This number calls me at least once a week. I have never answered it and they have never left a message. Now I know from what others state that this is not a call I will ever answer and have blocked this caller!

Called me on my cell phone regarding my so called delinquent student loan repayment. My student loan was paid off in the 1980s and this is clearly a scam.
