keeps calling, does NOT leave a message...ugh...
legitimate companies would leave a message...
so I blocked...google search shows first line info

I didn't answer, because I didn't know the number. However, I am on the DNC list, not to mention it's illegal for them to cold call cell phones!

If you have time and minutes to kill, answer and wait for a human then speak to them in Japanese, or whatever foreign language you are currently learning. Using them for practice. Keeping them on the line as long as possible costs them money. Money = PAIN
