This caller is such a pest since if you don't pickup the phone, they keep calling back again. Then while cruising the net, I saw a comment on another site and tried calling this do not call service at 866 246 7196. When I asked, they said they provide this service to a small number of companies that call consumers that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. Sounded reasonable to me so I gave them the caller's phone number which they verified to be on their list and added my receiving phone number on the do not call list.
