Dental insurance for employees. It says to hold for a licensed insurance agent.

Message is from (269) 978-1197, selling dental insurance. I previously called this number from my home telephone. It gave me the option of clicking on option 2 to opt out. I just received a call again last week. I do not know the specific date and time since I was out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday. The company does not provide its name, address or telephone number. I got the number from caller ID. This company is clearly violating federal law with regard to the national do not call registry.
