Called my cell phone. I don't give my cell phone number out to businesses, so this is nothing but a scammer.
I find another web with a complaint out on this caller as well.
I found some old 2011 claims against this number, stating people owed money & was going to be arrested if not paid. The scammer is back in action once again apparently.
