Rec'd call this afternoon. Appeared to be robocall with computerized, monotone female voice. Claimed to be Kathy Jackson from Microsoft Support. Said that I was a support customer with a paid subscription (There is such a thing, but I'm not a subscriber). She went on to say that they were closing and were "ordered" to refund prorated amounts of subscriptions. To apply for refund, one needed to call another number (1-6-ThankYou or 1-684-265-968?).

Story a bit farfetched that MS Support is closing, or that their support program is ending. No doubt a scam to get people's private info. Of course, no one who calls back gets a refund!!
