Automated Female Voice threatening "Cops" for the "charges pressed against me".

Just got this scam call, they didn't even know my name yet threatening with arrest...

Scam, claims that local police will take me into custody in 24 hours if I do not call them back. Claims it is concerning tax documents and to avoid legal actions against me to call.
This number called and with the SCAM and I called it back and they had all this noise in the background and first she said the was from the IRS than when I said who is this again she said she was a COP from the IRS, when did the IRS have Cops call you
