credit card services--lowering my interest rate for a card that I do not have.

I guess they are trying to lower credit rates or consolidate debt!

the message said my credit cards were fine, but I can lower my rates if I speak to a live person. They sound like they are impersonating my credit card companies without actually identifying the card company name or name of the credit card type.

The message stated that they were calling regarding eligibility for a lower interest rate on a credit card and during each of the 8 (plus) calls it states that it is my last chance to take this offer. No call back number is given. It is also clear it is not regarding a credit card I have as it states you must have more that 3000 dollars on a credit card which i have no active credit cards with a balance. The only option is to press 1 so i pressed 1 and immediately asked to be taken off of their call list to which the man immediately said i don't do that goodbye and when I asked to speak to a supervisor continued on to demean and speak incredibly rude to me. I eventually hung up because i did not want to continue this line of completely unacceptable and clearly inappropriate conversation.

They purport to concern credit cards, credit levels, expiration of credit cards.

Lower credit card rate scam. Same company from many different numbers going on for at least six months. Just identify themselves as "Credit Card Services". This is the first time I got a call from a number I'd seen before. I've talked to them once and stated I was on the Do-Not-Call registry and they hung up on me, but keep calling.

recording says they are calling in reference to my credit card account, that nothing is wrong with my account, but that I need to take advantage of a lower interest rate on my credit card before this offer expires. It then says that this is my final warning.

Some sort of credit refinance or consolidation. I did not select to hear more. This same caller/message calls repeatedly to both my cell and home phone from various different numbers, and also from Private/blocked numbers.
