called early in the morning, woke me up, and didn't leave a message. then a while later i got another unknown call from a 310 number, which i looked up on this site and it sounds similar to the complaints listed for this one, so maybe they're related?

These calls are being made from a TracFone. Customer service can be reached at 1-800-867-7183. I spoke with a second tier representative who recommended recording the calls and filing a police report for harassment. They do not have a policy to deal with abuse complaints and they will not take any action unless they are contacted by police directly.
