caller did not speak. When I called to ask to be placed on do not call list, caller's voicemail box was full.

Received cell call about lowering interest rate. Wanted to be put on DO NOT CALL list. Followed directions to talk to live person by pressing 1. Voice eventually answered. I asked for name. They hung up. This SUCKS. What are we supposed to do to end calls?
Aren't they breaking the law?

Just receive recorded message call from Rachel about my credit card and reducing the interst rate...I do not have any credit cards. I tried calling the number back, and got a message: The mailbox for Mike Anderson is full" and does not have room for any more messages.
