These ppl call from many different exchanges purporting to offer the availabilty to "lower your credit card interest". Each time they say "this offer expires today". When you speak with an operator & asked to be placed on the "do not call" list or ask for a supervisor the call is disconnected. The numbers are impossible to call back.
