Rude. Calling all the time for someone I do not even know!!!!!

Asked for person whom does not live at this address. When I told him he had the wrong number he got very mad and said I was lying. Said my number was given directly to him as a contact number. I couldn't get a word in but was trying to ask him to remove my number from his list. He hung up on me. I called the number back hoping I would get a different person to ask to remove this number. But Mr.Thomas answered and insisted I was fabricating stories and said I was the one rude. In which he hung up on me again. I guess I need to call the BBB and report as well. And if calls continue I will contact Capital One as this # seems to be connected with them under the searches I have conducted.

I answered the phone after numerous tried to tell them they had wrong number. I finally just said yes i was who they were looking for & he proceeded to tell me that I had a unpaid account with Capitol One. Obviously I didnt & todl him he had the wrong number. He got very angry because he said i lied to him to get private info . He never verified any info just started ramnling on on how I shoudl pay my bills on time.
I have never had a Capitol one account but noe I don't get as many phone calls. You have to beat these unprofessioanl biill collection agencies at their own game.

Very rude man. Asking for someone not in household. Would not believe he had wrong number, ordered to relay message to someone I do not know.
