Portfolio was fined $8 million by NYC! They have had to pay thousands more in court judgements to victims of their illegal tactics! They have a bad reputation for this! Get a lawyer who specializes in suing these lawbreakers! You can be awarded $1500 for every call they make! Just blocking them doesn't help, they use over 500 numbers!

I think I will try to track down this number and sue them like what I read at http://www.whycall.me/news/my-4500-payday-from-a-telemarketer/. I'm sick of those calls. I choose to ignore them now, but it's still making me mad.

They call seven days a week, multiple times per day. They use incarcerated felons to make the calls.
