Didn't answer. The message on voice-mail says "Support Advisor Press 1 For Apple Support Advisor press 2... or call us toll-free at 801-396-7842 (or 7042 - too muffled and fast to tell)." Called 801-396-7842 but my call could not be completed as dialed. BTW I have no apple devices.
