(281) 346-9015 left a voicemail telling how to add vision and dental to Georgia Medicare/Medicaid. I am not on either and I don't live in Georgia

Someone called me from the following number (282)346-9015. However, I didn't answer the call, and they didn't leave a message. What's weird is I called the number right back and their was an operator that said that "this number has been changed, disconnected, or is no longer in service". Does not make any sense.
