I have had a Mr. Frank Martin (if that is his real name) from Merchant Grace Law Firm out of Houston Texas. Saying I owe money on a payday loan that I did not pay off completely. He has called my work phone so many times today I have lost track of the number of calls from him. He left a voice message on my work phone threatening me with losing my job, that he will have me arrested at my home. on and on and on. He is so full of crap it is parhetic. I have told him repeatedly not to call me on my work phone, and he just ignores me, and continues to call back. I have had enough of these scammers calling me and threatening me and my friends and family.

Calls all day. They even called my job. They have all types of my information. They say that they are calling from a lawyers office. There is a lot of noise in the background. Threatens you with going to jail.

A guy keeps calling from this number claiming to be an Attorney by the name of Richard Smith. He ask for my Attorney information and he also has all of my information. He obviosly tried to take money out of my bank account and seen that I have a lock on it where no one can transfer funds without my knowledge and a telephone approval by me with the bank on the line so they tried to get my information for another bank account and I wouldn't give it to them. When he calls there is a lot of noise in the back ground and the claimed to haev given me a number to a sheriff by the name of Kevin Johnson but with the same telephone number he called me from. I called and the same person answered he tried to change his voice but I picked up on it. I told him that I knew that this was a scam and he got upset with me. I will be contacting the FBI about these calls.

THIS guy called my house said that he was a lawyer and that my husband owed some money, I thold him that my husband died and he said I was responable thethe loan, so I told him to call my own lawyer and he said to have my lawyer call him. This time he went by the name Frank Mardin and he was from Texas. so anyone who gets a call from this guy he is a scam.

They have called my job and my cell four times today threrating to arrest me tomorrow and gave me some information about me that I did not confirm. They called again tonight. I am just worried that they may have my info and steal my money from the bank or credit cards. I called the number back and got an address. the indian commie told me it was 810 W 12th in houston, I looked it up on bing looks like a residential area....I think if enough people call the attorney general and FBI something may be done. They called again this evening....same story I think they stole some information and are trying to use it to rip us off. Dam Illegals here to rip the citizens off.
