I too received thses calls in October, now I am receiving ones from 333-333-3333, and a Pennsylvania area code number stating the same thing that kevin Nesh told me in oct, that I owe money and if I do not pay it I will be arrested. This caller is Scott Miller, and sometimes a woman calls, I have changed my cell phone number when the calls were every half hour.

the number is a scam. they called my client and tried to get money out of her. The information was from a pay day loan from 5 years ago. When I called to stop it, they gave me false name and bar card info for their "lawyer."

They called my work and cell phone saying I had a PayDay loan outstanding and it is now a law suit against me. When I asked for the court documents or who was suing me, he said that he would have to download the case and once he did that then I was in serious trouble. He said they would call my employer, send a team of investigators to my work and have me fired. Said they had 3 charges against me including check fraud etc. I thought at first my identity had been stolen and was trying to explain that to them but it turned out them to be the scammers! They said that I could make this lawsuit go away if I paid the charges and legal fees which was $496.00, they wanted $ sent to them on a prepaid debit card, which I thought was fishy. Called the local police department and made a report against them about the constant back to back phone calls, it was harassment. I told my coworkers what was going on and we looked online to see this happening to other people.
I called them back and said "I'm on a recorded line to give as evidence to the police department and I've already filed a report against you. I know this a fraudulent call and that you are trying to scam me. You are not authorized to call my cell phone or work line again.I am not paying you anything." He said "ok" and hung up on me. My fellow employees called them back and he said we were stupid ladies and to stop calling him, we asked what his real name is and he said Robert Mother******** laughed like crazy and hung up again. Haven't heard from them since. Don't believe what they say!

Company Name: Morgan Associates, Texas
Claim: Outstanding PayDay Loan/Check Advance, Law Suit wanted money immediately
Information: Had a lot of personal info, which is scary! I think they hacked my email or fed. student loan info

I am getting back to back calls on my work and cell phone. They have an Indian or Asian accent. They have a lot of my personal info saying i owe money on a payday loan. That they are going to contact my manager and i will be crying. Said that i will be arrested at my job. Caller's name is Kevin i believe.

I am getting these annoying call now saying I owe some money if I pay this amount now or else they will take me to court and it will cost me alot more and they have alot of my personal Information they will not stop calling my work
