i got called today, recorded it, when the 'agent' got on phone, offering me 0% for 12 months and 6% fix after that for $15,000 to pay off 6 cards. i asked him which bank he works for and did they mail me this offer? He said Consumer Services and they did mail me an offer 6 weeks ago and I didn't respond. When I asked him which address he mail it to, he said I was wasting his time and F-U. profanity. SCAM.
