Also getting multiple calls from this # and 863-582-1474 claiming they are the IRS and that they are suing me. Called back the 863 # and spoke with a very rude gentleman with a middle eastern accent named "Mike" who answered the phone "Internal Revenue Service, this is Mike". Called him out on his BS and asked him to remove my # from their system. He tried to tell me it wasn't a scam because he hadn't asked for my credit card #. Keep in mind I never gave him the chance to ask me for any info. He asked me if I know this is a scam, then why am I wasting my time calling? I informed him because I want my # removed immediately. He hung up.

called me, too. Robocall. IRS scam for sure, as we already got our taxes processed by the IRS. Surely they don't process forms AND file a lawsuit at the same time without notification by mail, as we have recvd in the past from the IRS when there was a question on our return.

Received a voice message from the same number - 281-843-8011 - with the same message about IRS filling a lawsuit. Called back but the number wasn't working (fast busy signal), then immediately Googled the number and found these comments.

Why did this show up as scam but was not blocked. I thought with subscribe service you automatically block scam or spam calls. Left voicemail.

Just wondering why this call came up scammer, but did not block it. It was already on your scam list? I had to to in and block it. WHY? The IRS scam.
