BUT I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS NO-NAME COMPANY!!!

Services: reducing credit card interest

Company stated in pre-recorded message that there were no current issues reported on my credit card, but I needed to press 1 immediately to speak with someone in regards to my credit card. No business name, caller name, call back number, etc. was provided. Obviously a scam. Receive this same message once a twice a week for the past few months.

Lower interest rates. The message states "THere are no problems with your card...but it is urgent that we speak with you to lower your interest rate."

It was advertising credit card consolidation services.

Reference an URGENT need for me to contact them regarding my existing credit card to reduce me rates. Did NOT express what company representing. The message stated i could press 1 to speak with a live operator, which i did, but i was connected to another line, which rang, then put me on hold with music playing. THIS is OUTRAGEOUS! STOP THIS NONSENSE! ENFORCE OUR REGULATIONS! FINE THESE PEOPLE!!!
