FMA Alliance - payment reminders

It is Memorial Hermann billing department collection agency. they call every day, at least twice a day. I have told them I have never been a patient there & not the person they are looking for, but 30 minutes later, they will call again. They keep threatening me with collections, but they have the wrong person & can't get it through their heads!
