Robocaller calls my cell phone every night offering a free alarm system with free equipment and monitoring. It's actually a reseller selling 2Gig hardware and Monitronics monitoring service for jacked up prices.

Keeps calling not saying anything

Recording says your home eligible for free security system.

This is 2Gig calling with their free yard sign scam. (I live in NY and don't have a yard.)
I bought a disposable phone and called back their number several times. Every time, I got a different name for the company. Their automated system also lead the person who answered to think they had called me and still said that I had been called because I was randomly selected as soon as they answered. After about 20 calls, I had found some who provided more information than others, including who they work for.

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone - I could not answer when they called. I called from my office phone and told them to remove my number immediately. Used the name 'Ellie'.

Hang up .. wife's phone rang at same time

Female caller, who had apparently missed my answering machine's "away" message. Obviously an auto-dialer and she picked up when it indicated an answered phone and was talking to my answering machine. Identified herself as the "Home Security System", paused, then hung up.
