SO RUDE. Called them from work because they kept calling my house and never left a message. When I gave them my home phone number (which is UNLISTED and on every DO NOT CALL list I can think of), they told me they were looking for "Jane Doe". I told them there's no "Jane Doe" at that number and to delete the number from their list. The operator told me, "You sound like you have some anger in your voice. Your anger shouldn't be directed at us, it should be directed at Jane Doe, because she's the one who gave us this number as a contact" then he HANGS UP ON ME. I called back and got a different operator, and I made sure I was sweet as pie with her, and she agreed to remove the number. Let's see how long THAT lasts!
