They call from India and get your curiosity up so you will call them back. when you do, you get charged for the call, just like the 900 numbers .

multiple calls, never leaves a message. I returned the call 5 minutes "please hold, your call is important to us" about 1 minute wait, disconnected, most likely using an auto dialer with caller id.
